Le chauffeur trés professionel nous attendait à l'arrivée (indications bien fournis) et au retour le chauffeur est arrivée sur le minute exacte. Conduite calme et relax et acceuit impeccable. Voitures Mercedes très propre. Je recommende ce service même si c'est un peu cher (le double par rapport aux taxis).

Our collection from the hotel was only 5 minutes late and the lady driver very pleasant & we got to Palma Airport in 15 minutes.
Both trips to/from airport & hotel were satisfactory.We had a mini bus all to ourselves.

My buggie went missing so I was a bit delayed , driver told me off for not coming out right entrance. Could have been a language thing but I kept telling him I was reclaiming my buggy. He then marched off very fast I had a job to get my 2 kids to keep up... Got to taxi van and he lifted 1 bag in then just sat I. His seat left me to load 3 bags, 2 kids and pushchair with no help. Bit rude !
