Ms J from United KingdomMy family of 6 recently used Shuttle Direct from Alicante Airport to the Villa we were staying in (and vice versa on return journey).
On the flight out we were delayed by 3.5 hours and despite being unable to contact Shuttle Direct and let them know due to my phone service problems, to our surprise and utter relief they were still there waiting with our name sign, to collect us when we reached Alicante.
Likewise on our return we were collected at the exact time specified and returned to Alicante for our flight home.
Both on collection and return my youngest had a child seat waiting for him as requested on initial booking.
The drivers were always smartly dressed, very polite and cheerful.
Would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely use again.

Dhr. J from NetherlandsServicescore : Chauffeurs waren netjes op tijd en stond ons al op te wachten. Dit gold voor de heenreis en de terugreis. De chauffeurs waren ook heel netjes, vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam.
Alles was netjes geregeld zoals de heenreis als de terugreis. Vriendelijke chauffeurs en zeer behulpzaam.
