Our flight was delayed and we arrived 4 hours past our original arrival time. Phone communication was good and our driver met us soon after our arrival

the driver had to wait for more than 1hour due the long queue at the passport check. He was still waiting in the arrival hall , friendly welcoming me and he savely brought me to my destination.
Ms S from IrelandWhen making the booking online the page didnt allow me to specify time of pick up even though had submitted flight time. it automatically came up with a time later that day. It then required me to follow up with a phone call to clarify and correcy my pick up time. This was done efficiently by the person at base.
Driver was there when we came down to reception which was a relief as it was early morning. Got there with loads of time to spare. Drive could have been a little smoother( lots of breaking and acceleration) but then I'm in the same game and my priorty would be to give passengers a comfortable ride. But the driver did pull in and accomodate my daughter by letting her in the front seat and open the window every now and again for air! Not saying that it was his fault but it did contribute. He wasnt to know that but as a professional driver it should be a consideration.

Ms K from United KingdomBooked a private minibus transfer from Stanstead to hotel. Was over an hour late. Didn't get us from the arrivals area with a sign or anything like he was meant to. Then we had to get the airport shuttle bus for 15mins to the car park where he had parked his car. Not a minivan. He then followed the wrong postcode and took us to a McDonald's. We finally arrived at the hotel over 2 hours late. Resulting in us missing the wedding ceremony we travelled there for. Absolutely shocking.
Cancelled return trip due to shockingly bad first transfer.
