    El Cotillo is not the easiest place to get to on public transport from the airport, changing buses etc., so our first time using ShuttleDirect and everything was spot on.
    Booking and Pre-arrival procedure good. Check-in desk on arrival good. Waiting time for the bus was about 20 minutes so ok. Drop-off point good. Return journey info good. Return pick up prompt, so also good. Staff very pleasant and a reasonable price. Good all round experience and we will use them again.

    Freundlicher und kompetenter Empfang am Schalter. Auf lange Wartezeit wurde mit einem Extrabus reagiert, brachte mich direkt nach El Cotillo. Fahrer war freundlich und sicher beim Fahren. Neuer, komfortabler, sauberer Bus. Rundum zufrieden. DANKE!

    OK so I cocked up the online booking but the issue was speedily resolved which gave me confidence in the company. Voucher advised to go to Desk 8 in Arrivals Hall where a very pleasant lady showed me where to find the transport. Short walk to bus (I was one of the first to board. Driver stowed my suitcase, a wait of about 30 minutes for bus to fill up then to sprawling main resort and on to El Cotillo. Fast, easy, efficient and CHEAP, and no, I’m not on commission!
