Ms G from RomaniaThe site is ok, but they don't specify, before payment, that the booking is effective only if we call the local transport company by ourselves. For us, an international call on roaming to a Turkish line it was quite expensive. We emailed shuttle direct to make this call and they replied we can cancel the booking if we don't like this condition. I felt disappointed and I'll comment this on travel sites.

Difficult to get in touch with the company by phone to get a pick up time and the person didn´t speak understandable english.

Mr D from United StatesIt was easy enough to book using the Shuttle Direct website but there wasn't enough clarity on the different services offered.
The pick-up at the Antalya airport was poor. They said there would be a person waiting with my name but there wasn't. Fortunately, the guy looking for me found me but it caused unnecessary stress. Also, Shuttle Direct isn't the company that will pick you up -- it is a local company without Shuttle Direct signs. The transfer back to the airport at the end of our stay was horrible. We had a 13:30 flight and our hotel was 1 hour from the airport. We were never notified by anybody (upon booking or later) of the pick-up time. I sent emails that were never answered. Finally, I used a Turkish-speaker at the hotel to call the company. I was informed that the pick-up would be at 7:00 --- over 6 hours prior to our flight!!! That was completely unacceptable. We said no and booked a transfer with another company (for 11:00). But at 8:30 another person came to pick us up from Shuttle Direct's local company. I have no idea why but was out of my room so didn't get the message. Terrible communication. I would highly discourage anybody from getting in this stressful and expensive mess -- avoid Shuttle Direct completely!
