    Had a crazy time walking long distances in the airport and then finally getting to baggage. We waited there a long time and came to the realization that our luggage was not there. So that meant going to another area and filling out forms for lost luggage. But when we finally came out, our driver was there waiting for us. He had a smile on his face and was gracious and calm. The van was clean and the ride was simple, with no other mishaps.
