But as soon as the booking confirmation email arrived, I emailed back with a request and this was quickly dealt with.
The car arrived five minutes early (at a place which isn't easy to find in the narrow roads of an old city), all our luggage fitted in the boot, and the driver got us to the airport in plenty of time.
