    The service was really great, the drivers came on time as it says on the voucher. However, they charge children the same rate as adults, they should be rated as free or at least half price.

    I didn't read my confirmation properly and therefore didn't print out my voucher before my journey. This created a lot of hassle at the end of a very good journey. Somehow it would be helpful if this information could be displayed more prominently, for instance at the start of the e-mail.
