    We were picked up on time by a kind friendly driver who didn't speak alot of English but made us feel comfortable and kept on asking if we were ok. The car was luxury Mercedes Benz with bottled water on arrival.

    The driver was excellent and very helpful and nice. The dealing with Shuttle Direct is not so easy. You are given a pickup time based on your flight and it is not so easy to change. It would be better if the driver could contact you directly to finalize the pickup location and time because often you don't know how hard your accommodation is to access until you get there. The Shuttle Direct phone number to contact isn't always answered and there is no direct email address for the local service.
