Later, we received an alert notice indicating that a strike may delay the checking process at the airport so I needed to call again to modify the pickup time. Every time they were very helpful and found a solution for us. Excellent service.

Patrick Hymel did not use the service the driver was 20 minute late and on the wrong exit Since the driver was to take Dr Hymel to a Swiss hotel, he was standing at the Swiss exit. the driver was on the French side.
I was the second pick up today. I stood at the Swiss side and waited fro 30 minutes. there were other drivers with sign. Finally your driver came into the lobby and said he was waiting outside. He was friendly but I don't think he was outside waiting for me. If he really was outside, he was in error as my directions said the driver would be waiting with a sign (there were many other drivers from other companies.)
