Wish that you revise the tone when your customer wishes to make enquires or chames. Your response on the website was a little harsh. Please bear in mind that many airport transportation users are not natives.
Good, I had no problem to locate the coach at Bay 20. The driver was cordial. We pulled away from the Airport soon after I board. The drive to Logano was smooth although it was in busy time.
