Friendly and efficient driver - large and comfortable car that was perfect for us to relax in after our long haul flight. Our plane arrived 45 minutes early so we were ver pleased to see the driver waiting for us.

I followed the instructions to call the telephone number on the voucher, and could only communicate via a Spanish speaking airline employee. I was told that my booking was no longer valid as the delay was longer than three hours and that I would have to rebook and repay the full amount! In fact, this information was incorrect but it was very stressful. Luckily, I had access to wifi on the plane and received an email from Laura Morris at Viajes Alameda asking for confirmation of my new flight information and I confirmed the flight number was the same but the flight was delayed by 6 hours. Laura sorted everything (for which I am grateful) but without wifi on the plane I would not have known this.
Apart from the issues detailed above, the initial booking and the actual transfer were very good. I would have rated them excellent if it wasn't for the drama and stress I had mid-journey. There probably needs to be a better system for when delays happen and we might only have wifi access rather than phone access and we don't speak Spanish.
