I was most impressed by the service provided. The taxi was waiting for us when we cleared baggage reclaim and the driver was very professional and spoke good english. for our return journey to the airport, the driver was on time and phoned to tell us he was waiting. he spoke good english also and was also very professional and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation.

Our flight was delayed for hours due to French traffic control strike. The driver was waiting with a name board and was very courteous and helpful. He didn't complain once about our delay and was cheerful all the way to Menton.

Mr J from United Statesalthough it was hard to know what time we should put for airport and hotel pickup. Make clearer that the times are directly linked to the arrival and departure time of the flights.
I think you should consider using smaller more efficient vehicles; doesn't seem reasonable to use a large van for one person. I'm sure your rates could be adjusted downward if you used more efficient- read: smaller- cars for single transfers.

The transfer company said the driver was running late by 5 min because of a police barricade but that turned into 40 min; and then the driver said it was heavy traffic not a police barricade so who knows what the real story was. Bottom line passengers should never wait - or no more than a few minutes no matter what Given the vast number of transfer service companies you may want to look elsewhere.
