If we been advised where the driver would be waiting it would have saved us having to wander around the train station looking for him.

Driver didn't come for Pick up to my Hotel. I was waiting for driver. Then i take taxi to transfer my self. :(

no confirmed meeting point despite request , no driver , Wandererd around the station three times, finally had to ring the company and seek out the driver , who the could t get out of the car park

Again the local transfer never showed up and was not helpful solving the problem and the only answer was to contact shuttle direct to claim my money back
