Well Urbis cancelled my transfer with less than one day's notice - which wasn't ideal and cost me £5 in phone calls to put right but the local agent was excellent Debora Carraterro and organised another company to transfer me - and I had a very good service to and from the resort - so well done (apart from the initial cancelation !!)
