Ms W from United KingdomExcellent service re my pickup originally due at Lanzarote airport on 13.12.2024. After being delayed, my flight was cancelled & rearranged for the next day. Shuttledirect not only helped me to rearrange my pickup for the next day, they actually phoned me the next morning before I departed to let me know that the arrival time per Arrecife was hours earlier than the info provided to me by the airline. I confirmed that I felt the Arrecife info was wrong (it was), after checking the departure time with my local airport. Then the rearranged flight was delayed taking off and we landed over an hour late. The t&c refer to an hour's waiting time so I was quite anxious but despite all the hassle & confusion there was a driver still there waiting for me. A huge relief, arriving on my own to an unfamiliar place after dark. I subsequently heard that some other passengers had waited over an hour at the airport taxi rank. I though the phone call to double check that I had the right flight timings really went above & beyond what I would expect, so many thanks to the lady who called.

We were able to stay at the hotel and enjoy the sun some for. The driver was exactly there at the time we agreed on. Super service.
