Ms M from United KingdomI received a text from the transfer company " 9:30am pick up from Aprop supermarket" but the shop has been renamed which caused a bit of a wandering around for me as there is no way somebody who is local would know that the same shop on the corner used to be called Aprop.

op het vliegveld van Ibiza moesten we even zoeken naar het punt waar we werden opgehaald. Eenmaal gevonden stond daar al iemand klaar en waren we zo in ons hotel. Ook keurig op tijd opgehaald bij hotel en naar vliegveld gebracht. Aardige mensen

Mr J from United StatesWe had a good experience with the shuttle in Ibiza. I arrived on time for the pick up and return. The driver was courteous and the coach was clean. Unfortunately we had a terrrible experience in Mallorca and would not use your service again. We never got a shuttle from the airport to Magaluf and it arrived 30 minutes late for our return flight causing us to rush in the airport. I called multiple times just to confirm our booking and got a different answer everytime I called. I think Shuttle direct should rethink thier relationship with Viajes Urbis in Mallorca.

Bij de terugvlucht geen sms ontvangen van pick up tijd en bij de hotel receptie was ook niets bekend na telefonisch contact moest ik achter de pickup tijd komen. hoop stress terwijl het makkelijker kan naar mijn mening
