L from BelgiumBonjour , client depuis de nombreuse année au départ de l'aéroport de Tenerife , je trouve que les trajets aller retour se passent toujours très bien , seul bémol , c'est de devoir vous téléphoner 2 jours avant le retour pour l'heure de prise en charge , a savoir que je ne parle n'y Anglais n'y Espagnol et que vous n'avez pas toujours quelqu'un qui parle Français , je dois toujours trouver un traducteur , alors que communiquer part mail serais plus facile pour tout le monde , comme font certains de vos concurrents !!! Merci

S from United KingdomBoth journeys were really comfortable - from Tenerife South airport to the Hotel and return, No complaints.
The pick up time on the return was on time, slightly earlier which was perfect. The onward journey can be scheduled based on the flight arrival as we had to wait for almost 60-90min for the bus but I can understand it can't be done based on one flight arrival as the timing has to be estimated collectively.
If there is a possibility to schedule one best time for everyone, that would be good.
Both journeys were really comfortable - from Tenerife South airport to the Hotel and return, No complaints.

E from FinlandAinoa asia mikä oli nyt harmillista, että paluun noutoajasta ei ilmoitettu. Soitin ” hätänumeroon” lähtöpäivän aamuna, kun illalla oli lähtö hotellilta. Sieltä aika selvisi. Kuljettaja hotellilta lentokentälle oli erittäin mukava, avulias, kohtelias.
Bussi lentokentälle mentäessä oli hyvä, melko uusi. Lentokentältä hotelille vanhempi peruslinja-auto.

We were unlucky and just missed a bus as we left the airport but only had to wait another 20 minutes for the bus to arrive! Will be using shuttle bus direct again!
