Driver was late (20 mins)
Contact number for Paris black cars was incorrect and i had to phone the UK contact number.
The driver drove with one hand whilst looking at the route on his smartphone as he had no GPS/Satnav.
On return we had 2 transfers booked with my colleague Mr Tony Brown.
The owner of Paris Balck cars called to say they only had one taxi and can we get another taxi and pay ourselves. (at pick up time) After complaining they agreed to pay up front for the replacement taxi. On the way back to the airport the driver nearly had a crash with a motorbike.
It was a dire service and the worst transfer i have ever booked in 30 years of business travel.
I will email Shuttledirect to complain.
