Wegen Corona ist die Pauschalreise vor Wochen abgesagt worden.
Den Transfer habe ich vergessen abzubestellen. Andersrum hat der Transfer Service auch nicht dran gedacht mir Auskunft, Infos oder Stornier Möglichkeit mitgeteilt.

Ms M from GermanyThe service was easy and efficient to use. Even though our flight arriving into Chania was delayed by an hour, the Driver was still there waiting for us at the Airport. We expected a shuttle bus, but got a taxi, for both journeys, as we must have been the only ones to book with this service on those particular days. My only criticism is that for some reason, after booking the shuttle vouchers online, there were a lot of errors that needed to be fixed. For example, our arrival time was incorrect, for when we arrived at Chania Airport, furthermore, the Company gave us a Pick-up time at 7:00am for a flight that left at 12:40pm, which, unless there are other passengers to pick up, is much too early, as the traffic was light and it took between 45-60 minutes from our Hotel to the Airport. Otherwise, when visiting Chania in the future again, I would definitely use this service again.
