    Friendly staff and good service. Even though it wasn't perfect this time for me, this company look after you and you can trust them Had a long wait again (70 minutes!) and then we were put into a taxi, but I understand the company had some issues with vehicles, and the two other people travelling and I had the longest journey. They were very professional and although arriving at my destination 110km from Faro 3 hours after arriving at their desk, a great price - The taxi meter said €170, so it cost the transfer company a lot. If I had paid ten euros extra for a speedy service I might have got there quicker.

    I was thoroughly impressed with the service from Greenbus. My flight was delayed by two hours and the staff at Faro Airport were able to quickly accommodate me onto a shuttle service even though the delay meant that I required a slight variation to my destination. My driver David was polite and engaging and made what could have been a logistical nightmare into a pleasant experience.

    I have always had excellent service from Shuttle Direct and this time was another example of incredible service. My driver Rui was not only an excellent, safe and competent driver but also proved to be good company, showing intelligence and personality. (I asked his name but tiredness has made me not sure I have got it right) He is definitely to be commended for being an ambassador for the Green Bus Company.
