    How will we find our driver at the airport? As soon as you've completed the easy online booking process you'll be issued with a voucher by email. This voucher will have the instructions you need to make contact with your driver who'll be taking you from Geneva to Chamonix. He or she will be waiting for you at a designated point in the airport, which may be a reception desk, a coach bay or the arrivals hall – depending on whether you've booked a private or shared service.     We had Martin from Action Transfers, he was friendly and already waiting for us at the airport with a clear sign and sent me a text with his exact location. The drive to Chamonix was quick and Martin went the extra mile by figuring out which apartment complex we'd be staying in.

    We didn't have a flight out on the Easter Monday and so could leave Chamonix at any time really, I called up Action Transfers and managed to push back our transfer time from 15:15 to 17:00, we also weren't heading to the airport but to a hotel near the airport and this was all properly communicated to our driver who arrived on time and drove very efficiently.

    We had the best driver ever, I hope this review reaches him. The driver waited for us in the arrival area at the airport, we got a great car and had a smooth ride to Chamonix. The driver was so helpful and had the best possible patience one can have. We had issues with our keys to the apartment we had rent and the driver was staying with us until he knew we got in, he also drove us between the office and the apartment without getting annoyed, he really waled the extra mile for us!
