    Am Flughafen angekommen mussten wir zu einem Schalter, den wir direkt gefunden haben. Am Schalter sagte uns die Damen dann welchen Bus wir nehmen sollen. Nach ca 20 Minuten fuhren wir direkt los und alles lief bestens. Beim Rückflug war ich skeptisch ob alles klappt, da auf dem Voucher keine Abholzeit stand. Habe aber telefonisch direkt jemanden erreicht und sie erklärte mir, dass erst 48-24h vorm Abflug die Zeiten geplant werden. Pünktlich um 1 Uhr nachts holte uns ein Kleinbus ab und kamen pünktlich zwei Stunden vor Abflug am Flughafen an.

    Taxis are very clean and well driven always on time driver's are well dressed and polite made the long journey to the hotel and airport a pleasure can't fault your company and customer service wouldn't use anyone else

    Nice driver, both cars clean, air condition was perfect, received good information when hiring, was picked up at times agreed, all in all a perfect experience. I will surely use this service again the next time I visit Crete.

    Excellent service Instructions on the travel voucher were clear, I was picked up from the airport on time and on returnI was picked up from the resort on time. All the instructions and times wetr communicated clearly via the travel coucher, a link and there was slso a telehone line which was answered. Totally recommend the service, good and smooth service at value for money price, very polite professional drivers and staff.

    De transfer was top geregeld. Netjes alles bevestigd via de mail, zeer nette bus met erg vriendelijke chauffeurs. Ook nog voor een zeer goede prijs.

    Agent was waiting even though I was 15 minutes early landing. Taxi was very clean and driver excellent, he even stayed whilst I made sure the villa was ok. Both agent and driver carried my bags, the driver to the front door. Price was competitive and I would certainly use again and recommend to others.
