    I was quite nervous about booking everything myself separately rather than using a tour operator and the transfer was my biggest worry as I was going from Innsbruck Austria to Arabba in Italy but Shuttledirect were superb. Man waiting at the airport with a card with my name on and turned up at my hotel at 1pm when they said they would to go back a week later. This company has given me the confidence to travel independently from now on knowing I am in safe hands. Thank you all at Shuttledirect and Four Seasons (the transport company at the airport one took me).
