    On the way there our flight was severely delayed but shuttle direct were still there waiting for us much to our relief. On the way back we had a lovely driver who was very punctual and polite and pointed out places of interest. All in all a brilliant service and will definitely use again

    The price and the service was good. Would help if the driver shows the names on placard to save the hassle of going round the airport looking for the right shuttle.

    When filling in the website details of the flight details, these were not transferred to the booking info sent to the provider. I therefore had to have a follow up email interchange to provide this info again.

    Transfer was good. Confirming the return time of the transfer was difficult and not supplied on the original voucher. When I contacted the local representative 2 days before the return date I was provided no info and told call back the on only the day before the scheduled date!

    Also I was difficult to identify the actual local transfer coach, as they did not show a Shuttle Direct sign, so we could easily identify them.

    It was okay. I think it was a little early picking me up on the way back and the driver was impatient despite being even earlier than the given time.
