Très bon moyen pour trouver un taxi à un prix approprié aux besoins. Pour obtenir l'heure de ramassage, rien de plus simple qu'un appel. Cependant, on m'a dit au téléphone que je recevrais un SMS pour me re-confirmer l'heure de ramassage, mais je n'ai rien reçu. De plus, tous les employés ne parlent pas le français, cela pourrait poser soucis aux personnes ne parlant pas l'anglais.
Buying the ticket was very simple. I only had to wait a couple of minutes to get the Voucher. All my e-mails were rapidly answered to in a very precise manner.
It is a very good and useful way to book a taxi at a suitable price. Regarding the pick up time, a simple phone call was needed. However, I was told I would receive a message the day before the reservation to confirm the time, but I did not. Moreover, not all the employees speak French, which could be annoying for people not speaking English.

On both trips the drivers were friendly and helpful and got as close as was possible to our chalet at Samoens 1600. The collection was in heavy snow and the driver still made it up the very steep winding alpine road. Thank you for an excellent service.

Driver on arrival waited for us quite a bit as the last 2 coming in had a delay at baggage and he was still very polite and helpful. Return driver was very prompt, great transfer time however was concerned he was texting whilst driving however if this is fixed we will use next visits. Cost was very reasonable .
