Ms C from United KingdomI was directed to a third party website from the official Marco Polo Airport website so I'm not sure if I actually used the Shuttle Direct website. The booking process was quite straightforward nevertheless.
The driver wasn't immediately visible when we came from the luggage claim and that caused a couple of minutes slight panic as I wasn't really sure how to contact the taxi firm. However, once we spotted him by one of the exit doors, everything went very smoothly and we had a good transfer into Venice and a superb boat trip to our hotel. Both drivers were very helpful and polite. We would use this service again.
