Excellent from Milan Airport to Lake Orta Resort with Michael the driver who spoke good English and gave interesting information about the local area and resort.
Return transfer with another driver in another car was a white Knuckle ride as he tail gated slow drivers in front of his car and was texting on his mobile without using hands free while driving. Very dangerous for a solo passenger in the car to witness.
