Do I need to take the local time into consideration when I make a booking? No. Simply look at your flight tickets and put down the arrival times from there – it's all done for you. Our pickup times will be automatically calculated from this (so make sure you copy it correctly) and will be confirmed in the email you receive from us. When the confirmation arrives in your inbox, make sure you check all details are correct and get in contact with us immediately if anything is wrong. Double check the location, date and time on the voucher as this will be forwarded to the local supplier who will provide your transfer from Geneva to Morzine. In addition, on the return leg, check that your arrival time at the airport has you there 10 minutes before the check in opens – not closes! Your arrival time should never be less than two hours prior to departure.
