On prior bookings I have been given a rough time and asked to confirm 2 days prior. Much better. 2. When I did phone to confirm I was told a text would be sent the day before, Perhaps this should be on the website. Even better. 3. on the day before NO text appeared... bit of a worry. I phoned again and was assured it would arrive prior to 4.30 4. NO text. I phoned at about 5.30. A very nice chap called Ollie arranged my transfer (with an associate company) and he did sent a confirmation. 5. The chap who drove the van was very polite, drove safely and I enjoyed his chat!!

Extremely pleased with the shuttle service that I received on my holiday to Morzine. My driver was waiting for me at Geneva airport when I arrived (despite my flight being 50 minutes delayed) and, upon my return, he picked me up at the hotel at the exact time stated on the text message.
The service was very punctual and reliable and I have already recommended it to friends. Many thanks for making my trip run so smoothly. If I ever make it to Morzine again, I will be sure to use this company.
