    Clear and easy booking process. The driver was waiting for us at the airport. He drove well and took us directly to our apartment. It was on the first floor and he carried the luggage upstairs. He was polite and helpful.

    Shuttle Direct arrived when they said they would. It was so nice to have the comfortable airconditioned car take us directly to our hotel, after a long international flight.
    We also used them to return to the airport at the end of our holiday. It was a little tricky to extend our booking to include an extra person. However, I was relieved to have them arrive promptly at 5am. When the car broke down, the driver was able to call an alternative and we arrived in plenty of time.
