    Schade, dass man beim Rückflug die Abholzeit am Hotel nicht als Marge angeben kann, so dass man nicht am Flughafen nicht vor einem noch verschlossenen Schalter steht

    Shuttledirect have great communications so I felt reassured that my trip to and from Gran Canaria airport to San Augustin would go as planned. And it did. A very cheap and easy way to travel. I would definitely use them again.

    Eine gute Gelegenheit den Transfer im Ausland zu organisieren.
    Hilfreich wäre es, wenn man eine Hinweis für den Flughafen bekommt, wo man den Bus finden kann.
    Für die Rückreise hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass in der Buchungsbestätigung gesagt worden wäre,
    dass ich das Büro kontaktieren müsste, um die genaue Abholzeit zu erfahren.

    Easy booking process; pre-arrival queries answered quickly; good arrival process; good value. Return transport arrived at pick-up location 10 mins before scheduled pick-up time. Luckily we were there; would it have waited those 10 minutes if we were not? Play it safe!
