    Do I need to take the local time into consideration when I make a booking? No. Simply look at your flight tickets and put down the arrival times from there – it's all done for you. Our pickup times will be automatically calculated from this (so make sure you copy it correctly) and will be confirmed in the email you receive from us. When the confirmation arrives in your inbox, make sure you check all details are correct and get in contact with us immediately if anything is wrong. Double check the location, date and time on the voucher as this will be forwarded to the local supplier who will provide your transfer from Geneva to Morzine. In addition, on the return leg, check that your arrival time at the airport has you there 10 minutes before the check in opens – not closes! Your arrival time should never be less than two hours prior to departure.

    Excellent service BUT: 1. When I booked the confirmation, there was a note to phone a local number to confirm the pickup time. On prior bookings I have been given a rough time and asked to confirm 2 days prior. Much better. 2. When I did phone to confirm I was told a text would be sent the day before, Perhaps this should be on the website. Even better. 3. on the day before NO text appeared... bit of a worry. I phoned again and was assured it would arrive prior to 4.30 4. NO text. I phoned at about 5.30. A very nice chap called Ollie arranged my transfer (with an associate company) and he did sent a confirmation. 5. The chap who drove the van was very polite, drove safely and I enjoyed his chat!!

    Our driver met us in the arrivals hall as arranged with a very clear sign. He helped with bags and spoke excellent English. Took us right to the door of our chalet in Morzine. Couldn’t ask for more. Would highly recommend. Also competitive pricing.
