Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 situation my travel plans were cancelled by BA. I found my transfer booking online and clicked cancel and received an email to confirm they were dealing with my request. Within a couple of days they confirmed my booking was cancelled and would process a refund. Apart from a small administration fee my refund was in my bank account very quickly. Excellent customer service!

Le véhicule ne correspondait pas à la photo du site et était plus vieux. Le chauffeur nous a dit deux mots : bonjour et au revoir.... mais le voyage s’est très bien passé. À recommander.
Je renouvellerai ce genre de réservation, très pratique, déposé devant la maison, avec 5 voyageurs et à peine plus cher qu’un taxi
