However, the pickup from the hotel to return to airport did not show up. We had to phone, and it appears our booking went missing. However, operator was very helpful and sorted out a taxi for us, which turned up 10 minutes later. Not quite sure what the problem was, but they were able to fix it for us, which pushed our review back up to good.
Method for changing pickup times online seems ok. However, as it is linked to the flight time, it is not so easy to arrange a pick-up time earlier than suggested (needed to alter the flight departure time to get the pick-up time to be earlier). Wondering if this is what caused the pick-up problem?
