Tardaron mas de 1 hora en recogernos del Aeropuerto de Stansted, llamamos solo llegar al ver que no habia nadie para recogernos, decian que el chofer estaba alli y nosotros no lo veiamos, al insistir diciendo que no era asi dijeron que iban a ver que pasaba nos devolvieron la llamada a los pocos minutos diciendo que nos tomaramos un café que tardarian entre 15 o 20 min. en recogernos.
Como tardaban mucho llamamos por 3 veces mas, incluso llego a llamar un chico español que estaba alli para hacer otro transfer, nos mentian diciendo que el conductor estaba alli y eramos nosotros que no lo veiamos. A las 1,15" llego el chofer nos recogio y nos llevo al hotel sin incidencias. El dia de vuelta llamamos al numero de contacto internacional de la web explicamos lo sucedido y que no podiamos perder el vuelo de vuelta, nos aseguraron que no ocurriria nada que si habia problemas ellos nos llamarían. A la hora prevista se presento el conductor y nos llevo al aeropuerto sin problemas.

Other than that - he was prompt and punctual and the transfer went smoothly.

Dr M from AustraliaWe were delayed due to busy passport control- hundreds of people queued up. We were met by an angry driver who made us walk up stairs dragging our luggage because he didn’t want to wait for the lift. London traffic was bad which made him even angrier. And your system has given him the wrong address so he tried to leave us at the wrong place. I appreciate his frustration but it wasn’t our fault. A bad start to our holiday. And we were told there would be an extra charge.
