    Our flights were delayed and we missed our connecting flight; the company called us to ask if we were ok as they missed us on the booked bus; and told us to come meet them in the arrival hall so we can take the next bus. They took us to the bus stop and we made it in time. The bus dropped us off right at the hotel and picked us up from there on our return. Great service!

    The return journey we were sent an email with the time to be picked up along the road at a bus stop, and collected outher passengers before being dropped at airport in plenty of time.
    A good experience all round.
