    Picked up on time they were waiting with our name displayed to be collected.. brought straight out to a beautiful spotless clean coach and left directly to our apartment .. pick up from apartment went equally as smoothly would highly reccomend to anyone

    Both times using this service and been brilliant but times, always prompt and polite. Our return this time we got a 48 seater bus just for us, service with a smile all the time. Will be using again

    We had a very good experience with Shuttle Direct. We were picked up promptly and delivered to our accommadation quickly. However I left my jacket on the bus and when I contacted them they were very helpful and returned my jacket the next day. We will definately use this company again.

    when we arrived at Lanzerote Airport .Luggage was fast the driver was waiting for us and drove us to our apartment. All very good..Going home our driver was early which is great then to airport..Excellent service..Will definately use this service again
