Fr. D from GermanyDer Fahrer hat bei Ankunft am Flughafen direkt am Ausgang gewartet und uns sofort das Gepäck abgenommen. Er hat während der Fahrt auf Highlights der Region hingewiesen, das hat die Fahrt interessant gemacht.
Auch bei der Rückfahrt zum Flughafen war der Fahrer sehr zuvorkommend mit dem Gepäck.
Beide Fahrer waren sehr freundlich und beide Fahrten waren zeitlich sehr gut organisiert.
Mein Rückflug wurde wegen einer Flugplanänderung storniert, weshalb ich auf eine andere Fluggesellschaft und somit auf eine andere Abflugszeit umbuchen musste. Auch wenn die Umbuchungsgebühr ein geringer Betrag war hätte ich mir mehr Kulanz gewünscht seitens Shuttel Direct. Selbst nach Zahlung der Gebühr wurde die Buchung systemseitig nicht geändert. Ich musste den Kundenservice kontaktieren. Danach wurde meine Buchung sofort geändert. Daher ein Stern Abzug. Sonst war meine Erfahrung gut.

After I made an inquiry over the process with the company's customer service, the staff promptly responded to all my inquiries and refunded me (except the fee-for-service which is minimal 10 euro). The whole process was very smooth and direct.The only catch is that the cancellation has to be made 48 hours before the trip -I feel that it could be reduced to 24 hours before the trip-, something to consider maybe in the future. In any case, excellent customer service and communicative skills and understanding of the customer's need. I definitely recommend this company for your bookings.
