Mr. G from NetherlandsDe contactpersoon stond duidelijk zichtbaar in de aankomsthal van de luchthaven Gerona en gaf aan waar de bus zou staan die ons naar onze locatie zou brengen. We zijn keurig bij ons hotel afgezet. We kregen 2 dagen voor de terugreis een mail op welk tijdstip de bus ons zou ophalen voor de rit naar de luchthaven. En er is zelfs nog een fax gestuurd naar het hotel om dat nog een keer door te geven. De bus was keurig op tijd. Alles prima verlopen!

Fr. U from GermanyWir haben jetzt schon das zweite mal den Shuttleservice gebucht und sind immer zufrieden gewesen. Dieses Mal hatte unser Hinflug 2 Stunden Verspätung, der Fahrer hat uns auch nach dieser Verspätung pünktlich abgeholt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

After the holiday the trip back to the airport Gerona; we had the same driver Xavi and he even informed us via Whatsapp that he was running 5 minutes late. No problem as we were in time at the airport and Xavi was very nice and entertaining.

Fr. P from GermanyIch hatte eine Hin- und Rückfahrt Flughafen - Hotel gebucht. Wurde am Flughafen sofort in Empfang genommen. Hinfahrt voellig ereignislos.
Bei der Rückfahrt kann man ab dem Zeitpunkt, wo der Bus im Depot losfährt, über live Tracking sehen, wo er gerade ist und wann er wohl im Hotel ankommt. Diese Zeit änderte sich fast minütlich von : 15 min früher da ( bin panisch aus dem Hotel raus an den Straßenrand) bis zu guter letzt 4 min vor der Zeit. 2 x warteten die Passagiere nicht am verabredeten Platz. Ein sofortiger Anruf in der Zentrale, die sich mit den Kunden in Verbindung setzte, löste das Problem schnell, so daß wir max. 1-2 min verloren. Die Transferzeit zum Flughafen war für mich ausreichend bemessen, ich kam völlig entspannt dort an. 👍👍👍

Our driver on the return leg sent me a text to say he was outside. Excellent customer service and both bus and car were of a very high standard.
