I didn’t receive an email confirmation which worried me, and when I called they were able to help. I think they should advise that the pick up time would be advised 48 hours prior to the date, but only found that out after my call. Other than that, very impressed, cost and service combined.

When we arrived the driver had an option of car seats and we were able to choose the right size for our little boy. On our return journey the driver even put on nursery rhymes to keep our little boy entertained without us asking.
