I have made my Reus transfer booking but I haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do? Firstly don't panic, because if a booking reference number showed up on your screen you can be sure your booking is confirmed. This conpany had good reviews so we took a chance. The bus was 10 mins later than us coning out from collecting our bags at reus, they did however message to let us know so this was absolutely fine. Return journey we were picked up from our door 2 hours later than we would have left with oackage holiday coach. This let us sleep longer and we were on airpirt in time but no waiting around for hours on end. The van was clean and had aircon, no other pick ups or drop offs and driver helpful and polite. We would definitely use again
