    Service-Bewertung : Die auf dem Voucher angegebene Telefonnummer (auch die für Notfälle) war außer Betrieb und somit war niemand erreichbar.
    Produkt : Bei Ankunft in Dresden war der Fahrer zu spät. Bei der Rückfahrt zum Flughafen ist der Fahrer überhaupt nicht am Hotel erschienen, sodass wir nach 20 Minuten Wartezeit 2 Taxen rufen mussten um unserer Flug nicht zu verpassen! Telefonisch war niemand erreichbar!
