    We’ve been using ShuttleDirect services for three years now, and we are very satisfied. In the past two years, we took the bus, but this time we opted for a car with a driver, and we noticed the difference in how quickly we arrived since we traveled directly. It is, of course, more expensive, but from our experience, I must admit it was worth it. The drivers were very pleasant, arrived on time, and texted us on WhatsApp to let us know they were there. Both drivers spoke good English and helped us with our luggage. Each car had a child seat, as we travel with a child. The vehicles were of good quality, clean, and had very spacious interiors. We all enjoyed the ride, and most importantly, we got to our destination quickly. So, next time we’ve decided that we will book transportation with ShuttleDirect again and go for a car with a driver. It really makes the journey easier and enhances the quality of the vacation.

    Der Internetauftritt von Shuttle Direkt iässt darauf schließen, dass eine Betreuung in deutscher Sprache möglich ist. Nach erfolgter Buchung ist eine Kontaktaufnahme leider nur auf englisch und portugiesisch möglich.

    Leider musste ich am Flughafen Faro fast eine Stunde auf meinen Shuttle warten. Das Personal von Green Car am Flughafen schien etwas chaotisch, aber letztendlich kam der Fahrer und der Transport zu meinem Zielort war unproblematisch

    Good but when we tried to use our printed voucher to confirm pick-up time on-line the barcode wasn't recognised. As it was out of office hours we contacted you by e-mail and our e-mails didn't seem to be understood?

    quite easy to book but overall think it was quite expensive . Nearly 400 Euros for the return journey which only took just over an hour each way

    The driver was friendly & made himself known to us quickly. The car supplied for the transfer was not really big enough for 4 adults with 3 suitcases & hand luggage. It made the journey for passengers in the back not that comfortable . Return was just as bad even thought the driver said he would bring a bigger car he didn't & we had to put a bag in the back as it did not all fit in the boot

    Service-Bewertung : Die Buchung des Shuttleservices im Internet konnte problemlos in deutsch erfolgen. Auf dem am Ende der Buchung erhaltenen Gutschein fehlten Zeit und Ort der Abholung. Der Gutschein enthielt den Hinweis, daß der Zubringer zum Flughafen über ein portugisisches Subunternehmen erfolge und man sich dort telefonisch 1-2 Tage vor dem Abholungstermin über Zeit und Ort erkundigen sollte. Natürlich sprach man dort nur portugisisch und englisch. Da ich beide Sprachen nicht spreche, mußte ich eine portugisische Freundin mit dem Anruf bemühen. Ich hätte von Ihnen erwartet, daß man mich 1 - 2 Tage vor dem Abholungstermin per Internet über Zeit und Ort der Abholung informiert. Das wäre ein normaler Kundenservice gewesen.
    Produkt : Nach telefonischer Rücksprache durch eine portugisische Freundin bei Speedy Shuttle sollte ich um 15.55 Uhr (portugisischer Zeit = 16.55 Uhr spanischer/deutscher Zeit ) an der Haustüre abgeholt werden. Natürlich war ich schon ca. 15 Minuten vor der vereinbarten Zeit da. Aber weder um 16.55 noch um 17.30 Uhr kam der Shuttledienst. Bei meiner tel. Rücksprache beim Shuttleservice in Portugal sagte man mir, daß der Fahrer schon lange da sein müßte. Kurze Zeit später kam der Zubringer. Der Fahrer hatte sein Auto, das keinen Hinweis auf einen Shuttleservice enthielt, auf einem nahe gelegenen Parkplatz geparkt und wohl einen ausgedehnten Spaziergang unternommen. Der Fahrer hatte keinen Versuch unternommen mich zu finden, obwohl die vereinbarte Zeit lange überschritten und der Abholungsort nicht der Parkplatz war. Zumal es direkt vor der Haustüre gute Parkmöglichkeiten gab.
