    Didnt realise had to print voucher until day before flying. Liked it that paid up front.

    The pickup time for return journey was too early. Flight at 10.30am and 30 mins drive to airport and no towns to drive through on way.. We had hand baggage only and had checked in online. We were picked up at 7.40am. Wanted to arrive at airport at 9am so pickup at 8.30 would have been better.

    The website was very easy to use. I particularly liked the way it gave me an instant price. The instructions on the vouchers were also very useful.

    The transfer was good overall but the driver did not have a sat nav and therefore relied on me telling him where to go once we got to San Jose - it was a good job I had sourced a map otherwise we could have been driving around for a long time!
