He helped us by phoning ahead to inform our accommodation of our arrival and calling them again to say we had reached the apartment where they were to meet us. On the journey from the airport to our destination he told us about the area and gave some good recommendations of places to visit. He made sure that everything went smoothly once we had reached our destination. Highly recommended!
