    Not sure why your system would not let me put in the exact arrival address I would assume you get a lot of feed back saying the same thing. You should fix it or if operator error provide clearer instructions

    This review is not a reflection of our driver, but of the ridiculous system of pickup!We told the service that our flight was to arrive from Minneapolis in London at 8am. An international flight and passport control in the month of August at Heathrow- one would think that the shuttle driver would not arrive at 8am when the flight did....passport control took 1 1/2 hours to get through and the driver and the company were frustrated and we got charged 25 pounds extra because he had to wait so long. I tried to convince him that it was ridiculous that the shuttle would arrive when the flight does and passport control is not anything we have control over. Having paid in advance we had no option to just tell him to forget about the reservation and we could find an alternate mode of transportation.
    Clearly the system *****!!!
