    Need someone monitoring customer e-mails 24/7 as flights change due to weather and mechanical issues and multiple time zones are involved. I sent an e-mail noting additional changes to our flight number and arrival time 12 hours before arrival but it was not acknowledged and we had to wait 4 hours for our ride in Edinburgh.
