    Servicescore : Ik heb een oplerking; als je een shuttle boekt van een hotel naar de luchthaven op internet, wordt gevraagd wanneer je in de luchthaven wenst aan te komen. Als je verder gaat in de procedure blijkt dat het systeem deze tijd neemt als het moment dat het vliegtuig vertrekt, waardoor de ophaaltijd in het hotel veel te vroeg wordt berekend. Het is dus nodig om die bewoordingen aan te passen.
    Opmerking 2 : als je achteraf een wijziging wil aanbrengen aan je reservatie, kan dat in theorie via je boekingsnummer in het systeem, maar in de praktijk moet ik telkens naar de support bellen.

    Website is simple and easy to navigate, booking was very straight forward, no issues at all. All the information we needed was on the booking voucher

    Some confusion on arrival as there were 2 vehicles. Transport was quick and comfortable and the drivers helpful and friendly. Although I think the air-con wasn't working on our return transfer!
