Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 situation my travel plans were cancelled by BA. I found my transfer booking online and clicked cancel and received an email to confirm they were dealing with my request. Within a couple of days they confirmed my booking was cancelled and would process a refund. Apart from a small administration fee my refund was in my bank account very quickly. Excellent customer service!

Mr R from United StatesFlight was delayed to Dublin on 5/29 from 8:55 to 11:55. Called from Columbus the emergency number for shuttle direct and talked to someone and gave them the updated info. When we landed in Dublin there was a text message on my phone at 9:45 saying the driver was leaving in 5 min. Obviously the flight change message was not received, so we had to pay for a taxi. Trip from hotel to airport on 6/9 was very good.
